Commerce Recovery vs Payhip
Both sit in e-commerce. Here is how they differ on the things you can actually check.
Commerce Recovery
commercerecovery.com
A Shopify app and workspace for orders that were delivered but lost a chargeback. It syncs Shopify Payments chargebacks and matches each lost dispute with its order, delivery, refunds and returns. The merchant reviews every case and decides which go ahead, since customer outreach waits for that review; where supported, the customer is then offered payment, a conversation or a return through the merchant's own store. A case can be paused or closed at any point.
Payhip
payhip.com
An all-in-one storefront for digital products, memberships and courses, including a free website builder and no technical setup.
