What NovaSynth is
Part of Noveum's platform for AI agents, it tests voice and chat agents before release by sending synthetic users at them over real SIP phone calls through Twilio, Plivo or Vobiz, LiveKit audio, or chat. Each synthetic user has a persona with goals, a mood and an accent and can interrupt, switch topics or try prompt injection; scenarios can be generated from your agent's prompt and docs, run as a batch across personas and scenarios, or raised to up to 2,000 concurrent lines for load tests. Every call is captured as a trace and scored with more than 30 voice metrics. It is meant for test numbers and agents not yet shipped, not live production.
